Paul Crick

Paul Crick started their career in 1997 as an Assistant Manager at Commonwealth Bank, where they assisted in the day-to-day operations of the branch and implemented staff training. Paul then became Manager Sale and Service, responsible for organizing sales strategies, achieving income and expenditure targets, and producing reports on results.

In 2004, they joined Genworth as a Technical Manager, a role they held until 2019, where they managed technical aspects of the company.

From 2019 to 2022, Paul worked at Granite Home Loans as a Senior Credit Assessor and Head of Lending Operations, overseeing credit assessments and lending operations.

Currently, Paul Crick is the Head of Credit Operations at ColCap, a position they have held since 2022.

From 1984 to 1990, Paul Crick attended Heathcote High School, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study.
