Susan Riley

Susan Riley is a Partner at Columbus Consulting International since November 2006, actively involved in the DEI committee since 2020 and previously in the partnership committee from 2017 to 2022, as well as the internship sub-committee in 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Principal at Tween Brands from May 1998 to September 2002 and various roles in companies such as Lane Bryant, Claire's Stores, EXPRESS, and Neiman Marcus, where Susan held positions ranging from Senior Planner to Department Manager. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Retail Management from Purdue University and an Associate in Applied Science in Fashion Buying & Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
