Ida Abdalkhani

Ida Abdalkhani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, public speaking, and consulting. As the CEO and Founder of Ability to Engage since 2012, Ida has focused on provoking meaningful change within organizations through data-driven analysis and strategic consulting. In addition to this role, Ida serves as Secretary of the Board for the P&G Alumni Network and is a member of the Global Board of Directors for the Women Presidents' Organization, where strategic goals and risk management are primary focuses. Other contributions include serving on the board of the Columbus Fashion Council and as an Advisory Board member for the Council for Federal Cannabis Regulation. Ida is also a Happiness Coach and Tone Expert with Tone Networks, a motivational speaker with Premiere Speakers Bureau, and a podcast co-host for Learnings from Leaders. Ida holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy and a B.S.B.A in Entrepreneurship from The Ohio State University, along with additional education from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
