Rick Weber

Rick Weber has over 30 years of engineering experience, with a career spanning roles from a Computer Processing Technician at Grabill Bank to the Director of Core Engineering at Columbus Industries since 2000. In this current position, Rick leads the change control board and manages the engineering change process while focusing on material sourcing and internal process improvements. Previous roles include Director of Product Engineering, where Rick managed the development of HEPA, HVAC, and custom air filtration products, and Product Engineering Manager. Prior to Columbus Industries, Rick worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Showa Aluminum and GE Appliances, where responsibilities included equipment maintenance, process layout coordination, and sound level measurements for household appliances. Rick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electronics/Manufacturing from ITT Technical Institute.
