Tushar Swarnkar

Tushar Swarnkar is a results-driven leader with over a decade of experience in technology and program management, currently serving as Director at Pitney Bowes since June 2012. Tushar oversees a cross-functional organization of approximately 100 professionals, focusing on innovation in the mailing, shipping, and payments sectors, as well as leading significant cloud transformation initiatives that greatly enhance system uptime. Previous roles at Pitney Bowes include Senior Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager, and Business Analyst, where responsibilities ranged from managing key programs and scoping projects to championing agile processes and liaising between business and IT. Tushar has also held positions as a Management Intern at iGATE Patni, a Management Trainee at Tata Teleservices Ltd, and a Software Developer at Yahoo! and Infosys. Tushar holds an MBA in Marketing and Systems from BIT Mesra and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Fr.C.R.I.T.
