Kassie Wells has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Kassie began their career in 2010 as a Subcontractor at eInstruction Corporation. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Columbus Literacy Council as both a Volunteer Services Coordinator and a Development Coordinator. In 2016, they joined Northwest Local School District as a Curriculum Assistant and Student Mentor. Throughout 2017, they held the position of American Sign Language Teacher at Ross High School and later joined Phil Jones Flooring as a Project Manager. In 2019, they became the Communications Director at Columbus Literacy Council and also started working as an American Sign Language Teacher at Batavia High School. Kassie'swork responsibilities included creating and implementing ASL programs, teaching ASL courses, and organizing Deaf community events.
Kassie Wells completed their education at the Maryland University of Integrative Health from 2018 to 2021, where they obtained a Master's degree in Health and Wellness Coaching. Prior to that, they attended the University of Cincinnati from 2011 to 2015 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Sign Language Interpreting.
