Jason Conte

Jason Conte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement at Columbus McKinnon since October 2019, Jason previously held multiple roles at JELD-WEN, Inc., including Business Process Owner - Quote to Cash for North America and JEM Leader, among others, from December 2006 to October 2019. Earlier career roles include Manager at West End Coffee Bar, Lumberjack at Ormsby Landclearing, Bin Filler at McMaster-Carr, and General Manager at Regal Cinemas, where Jason progressed from usher to oversee theaters in multiple states. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian from Rutgers University.
