Victoria Kough

Victoria Kough is currently a Senior Account Manager for Inside Sales at Columbus McKinnon, having joined the company in October 2023. Prior to this role, Victoria served at Ingram Micro from September 2015 to October 2023, progressing from a Support Representative I to a Sales Solution Specialist, Sr. and Team Lead, where leadership and mentorship of associates were key responsibilities. Victoria actively participated in the Leadership Exploration and Development program and contributed to the Onboarding Peer Coach Board of Directors, enhancing the onboarding experience for new hires. Earlier experience includes working as a Financial Service Associate at Meridia Community Credit Union from November 2010 to September 2015, where responsibilities included customer service and relationship building. Victoria holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies from Hilbert College, obtained in 2015.
