Michaela Smith

Michaela Smith is a dedicated behavioral health professional with extensive experience in applied behavior analysis and therapeutic interventions. Currently employed at The Columbus Organization since April 2025, Michaela previously served as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Midwest Autism & Therapy Centers and Bright Mosaic, while also holding positions such as Teacher Assistant at the University of North Texas and Behavioral Therapist at Crosspoint Autism Therapy. With a strong educational background, including a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of North Texas, Michaela has continually contributed to client care, data management, and interdisciplinary collaboration throughout various roles.
