Tahirah Carter

Tahirah Carter is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in housing and community development. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and previously as Training Manager at Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority since October 2019, Tahirah Carter has held various roles within the organization since 2013, including Quality Improvement Manager and Housing Assistance Supervisor. Prior experience includes serving as a Housing Specialist at Greater Dayton Premier Management and Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority, as well as a Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinator at Montgomery Housing Authority. Educationally, Tahirah Carter holds a Master of Public Health in Health Behavior and Health Promotion from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wilberforce University.
