Consuelo Driver is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management and recruitment. Currently serving as the AVP of Human Resources at SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, Consuelo has successfully designed and implemented high-performance strategies that align HR policies with organizational goals. Key achievements include the recruitment of top talent, the development of innovative HR tools, and the creation of programs for leadership development. Previously, as the Director of Human Resources at Wynn Las Vegas, Consuelo managed large-scale hiring processes and implemented effective training and performance management systems.
