Tom Williamson has a diverse work experience that spans over four decades. Tom began their career in the US Army, where they reached the highest level of elite forces and later transitioned to managing procurement of major military systems. Tom then moved on to Murphy Development Inc., a multi-residential construction and property management company, where they served as the Director of Finance & Construction and oversaw property management of 1,800 units. Tom also worked at Solid Rock Builders & Developers, Inc., where they served as the Director of Construction & Finance, leading the development and construction processes of multifamily residences. In 2011, they joined the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority as the Chief Financial & Administrative Officer, spearheading organizational transformation and overseeing financial activities for 13 entities with over $789 million in annual activity. Throughout their career, Tom has been recognized for their commitment to quality, safety, and integrity.

Tom Williamson has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in English and Business Administration from Methodist University. Additionally, they have completed a Master's Degree-level Program at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. Tom also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of West Florida.
