The Leadership Team at Columbus Metropolitan Library is responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the organization, fostering community engagement, and ensuring equitable access to library resources. Comprising key executives, including the CEO and Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer, the team collaborates to enhance service delivery across all 23 locations while managing financial sustainability and promoting inclusive programs that enrich the community.
