Morne Grewar

Morne Grewar is an experienced metallurgical engineer currently serving as an Area Manager and EAF & AOD Production Engineer at Columbus Stainless (Pty) Ltd since February 2013. Morne is responsible for managing the operations of the Steel Plant's EAF and AOD processes, overseeing production, quality control, and compliance with safety standards. Previous roles include Production Engineer for AOD & Refining and Process Engineer at the Steelplant, where significant improvements in metallurgical quality were achieved. Early experience includes a role as Process and Production Engineer at Tshipi Alloys and Engineer in Training at Samancor Chrome. Morne holds a BEng HONS in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Pretoria.
