Charles W. Noble III

General Counsel at Columbus State Community College

Charles W. Noble III is currently the Chief of Staff at Columbus State Community College. Prior to this, they served as the President of the Jack and Jill of America Foundation, Inc. from January 2018 to June 2020. In this role, they consulted with various organizations on ways to improve social determinants of health, racial equity, and inclusion. Charles has also given numerous public speeches on these topics, including at the TEDxColumbus and TEDxOSU conferences in 2015.

Charles has always been passionate about social justice and improving outcomes for underserved communities. Charles received their undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in 2006 and their law degree from the Moritz College of Law in 2009. After working as an attorney for a few years, they transitioned into community organizing and consulting full-time. Charles has since dedicated their career to helping others create lasting change in their communities.

Charles W. Noble III received their Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Charles also has a Masters in Urban Planning and Design from the University of Maryland, as well as a B.A. in Sociology and Criminology from The Ohio State University. Charles attended Bishop Watterson High School.

They are on a team with Almar Walter - VP, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion & Chief Diversity Officer, Allen Kraus - VP, Enrollment Management & Marketing Communications, and Rick Hatcher - VP, Administration. Charles W. Noble III reports to David T. Harrison, President.
