Erin Flynn is a seasoned nonprofit leader with a robust background in development, marketing, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Chief Development Officer at the Columbus Symphony since April 2025, Erin also founded and presides over the Clover Lindsay Sports Foundation, dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles through competitive and adaptive sports. Prior experience includes a tenure as VP of Advancement & Marketing at The Dawes Arboretum, where Erin played a key role in driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility, as well as founding Clover Lindsay Consulting to provide sustainable solutions for various nonprofit organizations. Earlier, Erin served as Senior Vice President of Development at Children's Hunger Alliance, focusing on statewide fundraising initiatives and brand representation. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from Michigan State University.
