Jenn Farrell

Jenn Farrell is currently the Director of R&D and Quality at Columbus Vegetable Oils, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jenn served as the Director of R&D at Charlie Baggs Culinary Innovations from December 2022 to October 2023 and as Research and Development Manager at Gonnella Baking Co. from November 2021 to December 2022. Jenn's extensive experience includes five years at PepsiCo, where roles included Senior Scientist and Product Development Scientist, focusing on innovations for the Aunt Jemima brand, managing significant cross-category assignments, and launching successful products that surpassed targets. Earlier experience includes work as a Specifications Specialist at Unilever, creating and maintaining specifications in SAP. Jenn holds a B.S. in Food Science from Purdue University, obtained in May 2014.
