Shane O'Neill

Shane O'Neill is an experienced professional currently serving as a GTM at Column and a Venture Partner at Breakwater Ventures since May 2023. Previously, Shane was the Head of Sales at Stytch, where responsibilities included building seamless onboarding and authentication solutions utilizing flexible APIs and SDKs. While at Plaid, from June 2017 to June 2021, Shane contributed to connecting consumers, banks, and third-party applications, supporting numerous clients including leading FinTech companies. Additionally, Shane has held advisory roles at FlyBuy Technologies and positions in business development and analysis at Square and Bloomberg LP. Shane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Cornell University and attended The Lawrenceville School.
