Personal Q&A

  • Can you describe a typical day of yours?

My day usually starts with a workout session to boost my energy, maintain my mental health and train my focus ability. afterwards, I often give myself a relaxation time where I either read, look for inspiration online or listen to a podcast while drinking tea or coffee. All this ritual before going to work simply allows me to stimulate my mind and get me in condition before work. Once my work day is over, I tend to devote myself to a personal activity not directly related to my work to release the stress or pressure accumulated during the day if such is the case.
