Haya Fishman

Serving as legal counsel, Haya is an accomplished deal maker and trusted advisor responsible for the legal, corporate governance, enterprise risk management, ethics, and compliance functions of MajorKey. Haya was most recently recognized as a “2021 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch” and has received the “Touro Service Award,” was named to the Daily Record’s “Twenty in their Twenties” list and was chosen as a “Forward 50.” Prior to joining MajorKey, she was a member of the M&A team of a leading law firm.
