Rami Cassis

Rami Cassis is an international dealmaker, investor, and operator. He leads Parabellum Investments, the family office he founded, which trades as a private equity firm, and owns a portfolio of companies spanning sectors including life sciences, technology, mining and fashion.

Rami has a long pedigree of leading companies ranging from large, multinational corporations to small, mid-market firms. He has led several international complex transactions, always acting as the principal. Although he will sometimes step in as interim CEO, he usually acts as Executive Chairman.

Before he started Parabellum Investments, Rami held a number of leadership positions with corporations, including CEO, COO, Chairman and Operations Director. He shares this valuable, first-hand knowledge and experience with all the portfolio companies which are owned by Parabellum Investments.
