Richard O’Boyle

Richard O'Boyle is the Executive Director at Colworth Park Limited Partnership. Richard has over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on retail investment and asset management. Prior to joining Colworth Park, they were the Director: Head of Retail at Invista Real Estate, where they were responsible for the financial performance of the retail and leisure portfolio. Richard has also held positions at Stockland, Harbour House Capital, and Prudential Property Investment Management (PRUPIM).

Richard O'Boyle's educational career consists of a MA in Property Valuation and Law from City, University of London, a BSc in Geography from the University of Liverpool, and John Hampden Grammer School in High Wycombe.
