Howard Qin

Howard Qin has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Howard started their career in 1992 as a Clerk in the export business at Guangdong International Trust and Investment Corporation. Howard then moved on to become the Vice Manager of the Guangxin Paging Station. In 2001, Qin joined Comba Telecom, where they held various roles including Account Manager, International Business Operations Manager, and later, International Business Operations Director. In these positions, they played a key role in defining order fulfillment and logistics workflows, and was involved in the design and implementation of CRM and SAP systems for the company. Qin's expertise also extends to Sales Operations, as they later became the Sales Operations Director at Comba Telecom, where they managed sales relative platforms and regions targets achievement.

Howard Qin completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies from 1988 to 1992. Later, they pursued a Graduate training course in wireless communication engineering from National Tsing Hua University from 2000 to 2004. The field of study for the course was Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician.
