Daniell Crook has a rich work history in the technology industry. Daniell is currently working as the National Solutions Design Director at Netagen since September 2022. Previously, they served as a Sr. Avaya Solution Architect at Combat Networks from November 2011. Prior to that, Daniell worked at Bell Canada as an Associate Director - Sr. Integration Advisor (Nortel) from December 2006 to November 2011. At Bell Canada, they were responsible for Nortel VoIP integration and Nortel VoIP to Microsoft OCS integrations. Additionally, they worked at Lexsys Networks as a Network Administrator from June 2001 to December 2006, where they were involved in Microsoft Network Administration and responsible for the implementation of Nortel VoIP systems.
Daniell Crook attended Lakehead University from 2001 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Additionally, Daniell also studied at Avaya University, although the duration and degree obtained are unknown.
