Kathy Horler

Kathy Horler is an experienced professional in unified communications and contact center solutions, currently serving as a Senior UC Solutions Designer, Senior Contact Centre Specialist, and Senior Solutions Engineer at Combat Networks since December 2010. Prior to this, Kathy worked as a Consultant and TSO at the Department of National Defence from February 2010 to December 2010. Kathy's extensive experience also includes a long tenure at Bell Canada from July 1982 to October 2009, where roles included Solution Integration Consultant focused on Nortel VoIP solutions and Voice Specialist responsible for the design and programming of Nortel PBX systems and related customer training.
