Chloe Mackay is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the charity and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive at Combat Stress since July 2024, Chloe previously held the position of Deputy Chief Executive at Forces Employment Charity from February 2016 to July 2024. Chloe's career also includes significant roles such as Head of Strategy & Performance at Macmillan Cancer Support and Head of Strategy & Development at Breakthrough Breast Cancer. Prior to these positions, Chloe worked as a Management Consultant at both IBM and PwC, and served as Associate Director at Chesterton. Chloe earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bayes Business School between 1998 and 2000.
