Michele Tesbir

As the CFO, Michele is responsible for all aspects of financial management and reporting for the company. She began her career in public accounting, spending 5 years at Ernst & Young prior to joining Combe. She’s been with the company for nearly 25 years, holding numerous finance positions including Worldwide Controller, SVP of Finance and, in 2017, was promoted to CFO. Michele has built a high-performing Finance team of smart, capable, motivated people who not only help drive successful brands and healthy businesses for Combe, but they have fun doing it. She particularly likes that they challenge and support each other to be their best at what they do. As a leader, Michele has a gift for telling the story behind the numbers, so that everyone in the Company knows exactly how they're tracking against objectives, and why. Her financial savvy and sense of humor keeps everyone, across all departments, motivated and striving to deliver growth that regularly out-paces other CPG’s year-over-year.
