Jim Ajello

Jim Ajello currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Portland General Electric since January 2021. Additionally, Ajello is a member of the Board of Directors for Hawaiian Electric Co. and Hawaiian Electric Industries since April 2017 and has been a member of the Board of Trustees for Hawaii Pacific University since August 2010. Prior to these roles, Ajello was the retired Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Hawaiian Electric Industries from January 2009. Ajello's board experiences include serving on the boards of Crius Energy, LLC from November 2012 to January 2021, and Skai Ventures from June 2012 to April 2017. Additionally, Ajello held the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development at Reliant Energy from 2000 to January 2009 and was Managing Director at UBS Securities from 1984 to 1998. Ajello holds a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Oneonta.
