Richard Grabarz

Richard Grabarz is an accomplished regulatory affairs professional with extensive experience in the cosmetics, medical devices, OTCs, and dietary supplements sectors. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Global Regulatory Affairs at Combe Incorporated since May 2008, Richard manages complex regulatory submissions and compliance while providing strategic regulatory guidance. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs, focusing on regulatory insights for new product development and managing global regulatory changes, and Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Elizabeth Arden. Earlier in Richard's career, significant contributions were made as a Senior Scientist in Toxicology at Bristol-Myers Squibb's Clairol Division. Richard holds a Master of Science in Biochemistry from New York Medical College and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Connecticut.
