Josefine Axell

Josefine Axell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2011, they worked as a Sales Associate at both Alfons Junior House and Melrose & Co. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Conference and Banquet Waitress at Tegnérs matsalar. In 2014, they worked in Customer Service at IKEA Group. In 2015, they gained experience as a Store Manager at Schnayderman's. In 2016, they joined Academic Search International as a Junior Consultant and Project Coordinator, where they managed the Diversity Challenge internship program and coordinated trainee programs for partner companies. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an Operations Coordinator at IHM Business School, coordinating B2B courses and leading process optimization initiatives. From 2018 to 2019, they took on the role of Project Manager at IHM Business School, serving as a link between marketing, sales, and the Crash Course team.
