Aileene Cole, CIC, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Strategy and Vice President of Member Engagement for the Southwest Region at Combined Agents of America, LLC since September 2020, Aileene previously held roles at Marsh Wortham as a Commercial Lines Account Representative from March 2019 to September 2020. Aileene started in the claims arena at Progressive Insurance, where responsibilities included Fire and Theft Claims Representative and Central Claims Representative from April 2010 to March 2019.
