Nikki Toon

Nikki Toon serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Production Director at Combined Agents of America, overseeing 55 independent agencies across Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Nebraska since May 2017. Prior to this role, Nikki was the Regional Vice President at the Insurance Agents Alliance of Texas from June 2014 to April 2017, focusing on providing independent agents with benefits typically available to larger regional agencies. Nikki's earlier experience includes serving as Personal Lines Manager and Branch Manager at Texas Insurance and Financial Services for a year, and as an Underwriter and Marketing professional at Hochheim Prairie Farm Mutual from January 2007 to March 2013. Nikki holds a degree from Texas State University.
