Rhonda Staudt

Rhonda Staudt has over 30 years of professional experience. Rhonda began their career in 1987 as an Engineer for Xerox Corporation, where they later held the roles of Quality Manager and Process Improvement Manager. In 2001, they joined Plug Power as Director of Product Planning, and in 2008 they were promoted to Director of Operations. In 2009, they became VP of Operations for the Continuous Power Division at Plug Power Inc. In 2011, they founded Combined Energies LLC and H2Pump LLC, where they served as Managing Member and Director of Operations, respectively. In 2015, they joined Crystal IS as Operations Manager and in 2020 they became Co-founder Chief Engineer for HT MEA Development at HyPoint.

Rhonda Staudt attended High School, followed by Syracuse University from 1983 to 1987 where they earned their BS in Mechanical Engineering. Rhonda then attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1993 where they earned their MS in Systems Engineering.
