Jeff Brekken

Jeff Brekken is an experienced professional in the fields of mental health and employee benefits. Currently serving as President at Mending Thoughts since December 2022, Brekken focuses on providing immediate mental health solutions for companies and their employees. In addition to this role, Brekken has been President of Iconic HR and Recruiting since March 2022 and has owned Blue Sky Benefits Solutions, Inc. since 2011, where the emphasis is on supporting businesses during various challenges. Brekken previously held the position of DGA at Colonial Life from 2010 to 2013 and is a graduate of St. Cloud State University.
