Heather Fineberg

Heather Fineberg is an experienced program manager with a focus on social justice and mental health initiatives, currently working at Combined Jewish Philanthropies since April 2022. Previously, Heather served as a Youth Program Coordinator at the International Rescue Committee, managing support services for refugee youth and their families, and orchestrating successful educational programs. Heather's extensive background includes roles at Teachers College of Columbia University, where responsibilities encompassed event coordination and curriculum development, as well as teaching positions in various educational settings. Heather holds a Master of Education in International Education Policy from Harvard, a Master of Science in Education in Literacy from Hunter College, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Vassar College.
