Marni Allen

Marni Allen serves as Vice President of Volunteer Mobilization and Leadership at Combined Jewish Philanthropies since August 2018, previously holding the position of Associate Vice President for Board & Volunteer Leadership & Engagement. Allen's prior experience includes Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of the President at Babson College, where responsibilities encompassed operations, administration, and budget oversight while leading the Governance Office team. As Director of Political Parity at Swanee Hunt Alternatives, Allen spearheaded national initiatives to boost women's representation in politics and managed significant research projects. In earlier roles, Allen directed policy and research at the 21st Century School Fund, worked as a Policy Associate at The Brookings Institution, and contributed to political campaigns. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Swarthmore College.
