Sanda Soltan

Sanda Soltan currently serves as the Director of Prospect Management and Research at CJP - Combined Jewish Philanthropies since September 2025. Prior to this role, Sanda held multiple positions at Harvard University, including Assistant Director and Training Manager of Research and Prospect Management, and gained extensive experience in comprehensive research, profile development, and donor assessment. Sanda's background also includes work as a Development Associate at Boston Children's Hospital, where Sanda supported Principal and Planned Giving teams, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Boston University. Previous roles involved translation and editing in legal and public health contexts, as well as internships at organizations such as UNFPA and UNAIDS. Sanda holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and German Studies from Smith College.
