Aisha Hill has over a decade of experience in real estate development. From 2005 to 2014, they worked as a Development Associate at Archstone, where they played a key role in the development of CityCenterDC, a $690 million mixed-use project in downtown Washington DC. In 2014, they joined Combined Properties, Incorporated as the Vice President of Development. Aisha was responsible for overseeing two major projects, Scout on the Circle and South Alex, both valued at $150 million. Their responsibilities included obtaining governmental approvals, managing design teams, contract management, budget preparation, market research, financial analysis, and marketing and branding efforts.
Aisha Hill holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development, which they obtained from Georgetown University. Aisha pursued their Master's degree from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from LIU Brooklyn. Their undergraduate studies took place from 1997 to 2001.
