Founded in 1984 by Chairman Ronald S. Haft, Combined Properties is a full-service real estate firm that is headquartered in Washington, DC, with a full-service office in Beverly Hills, California.

With a $1 billion portfolio comprised of 40 properties totaling 5 million square feet and a $500 million development pipeline, the firm is now branching out from its concentration on retail real estate by applying its multidisciplinary expertise in the areas of finance, development, leasing and asset management, to developing innovative mixed-use properties.
