Andika P. has over 16 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Principal Account Senior Manager at COMBIPHAR since June 2018, where responsibilities include managing day-to-day Contract Development & Contract Manufacturing/Toll-In Organization (CDMO) and overseeing various product development projects. Prior to this role, Andika held the position of Operational Excellence & Training Senior Manager at Sandoz from May 2017 to June 2018, reporting to the Site Director. Andika's career began at PT Boehringer Ingelheim Indonesia, where diverse roles were undertaken, including Industrial Customer Business & General Affair Manager and Production Supervisor, from July 2007 to April 2017. Andika holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Universitas Padjadjaran and attended SMP Negeri 2 Bandung.
