Christian Russell has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry, primarily with Comcast Cable. Christian began their career in 2009 as an Inbound Sales Executive, where they excelled in achieving sales metrics and demonstrated potential for leadership development.

Christian steadily progressed within the company and served as a Supervisor for Inbound Sales, responsible for coaching and monitoring sales representatives to achieve sales goals. Christian then moved into a role as Operations Manager for Inbound Sales, providing operational and administrative support to ensure departmental sales goals were met.

In 2017, Christian transitioned to the role of Regional Manager for Customer Experience, where they acted as a subject-matter expert for overall customer experience. Christian identified and gathered potential improvements for integration into business objectives, supported product roadmap development for self-service experiences, and ensured efficient operational procedures.

In 2021, Christian joined Comcast Advertising as a Senior Manager for CX Operations, where they continued to contribute to enhancing the customer experience. Christian later advanced to the position of Director for CX Operations, demonstrating their leadership skills in overseeing customer experience operations.

Christian Russell attended Southern Connecticut State University in 2001, where they studied Sociology. From 1998 to 2000, they attended the University of New Haven, majoring in Criminal Justice.
