Priscilla Bonilla

Priscilla Bonilla currently serves as HR Manager for Strategic Initiatives at Effectv, a division of Comcast Advertising, starting July 2023. Prior to this role, Priscilla held various positions at Comcast, including Program Manager for Talent Management, where responsibilities involved managing talent pools and strategies for executive search and succession management, and Associate Recruiter in the Executive Search team, focusing on candidate sourcing and mapping the competitive landscape. Priscilla's earlier experience includes associate recruiter roles at Allegis Partners and the Directors Academy, where efforts were centered on identifying and developing diverse leadership talent. Additionally, Priscilla held leadership positions in student organizations during college and completed internships in public relations and public affairs. Priscilla earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from Wilkes University in 2015.
