Andrea Smetana Iacono has extensive experience in various leadership roles across the human resources and sales strategy sectors. Beginning as a Recruiter at Eastern University from January 1999 to January 2001, Andrea advanced through multiple positions at Comcast, including Training and Communications Manager, Workers' Compensation Claims Manager, and Director of HR Shared Services, culminating in a Senior Director role in Sales Strategy, Planning & Enablement from January 2019 to November 2023. Additionally, Andrea has held positions such as Executive Director in GTM Growth Operations and Sales Planning, Growth, and Experience at Comcast, as well as serving as Director of Process Management and Vice President at Prudential Financial.
