Anthony Mihalak

Anthony Mihalak possesses extensive experience in customer experience strategy and operations, currently serving as Vice President at Comcast since November 2004. Anthony's career trajectory includes roles such as Executive Director and Senior Director in customer experience, with a focus on customer care operations technology, overseeing the architecture design and implementation of call routing and CTI solutions. Prior positions include Customer Technology Solutions Architect at BISYS, Solutions Engineer at AMC Technology, and Genesys CTI Consultant at iGate Mastech. Anthony holds an M.B.A. from La Salle University, completed the Executive Leadership Program at The Tuck School of Business, and earned a B.S. in Environmental Science and Technology from Penn State University.
