Ashley Canci has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management within the telecommunications industry. Beginning a career at Apex Systems as a Professional Technical Recruiter from June 2011 to December 2014, Ashley excelled in full-life cycle recruitment, earning recognition through the Founders Club and Top Performers Award in 2013. Subsequently, Ashley joined Comcast, serving in various roles including Manager of Talent Acquisition and later as Senior Manager, overseeing talent acquisition for multiple functions, and ultimately advancing to Director of Talent Management and HRBP in August 2022. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
