Amelie Schlicht

Amelie Schlicht, formerly known as Friederich, is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of Talent & Leadership Development at The Stepstone Group since August 2020. In this role, Amelie designs and implements leadership and talent development strategies for a workforce of 4,000 across more than 30 countries. Prior to this position, Amelie held multiple roles at Kienbaum from November 2017 to July 2020, including Senior HR Manager and Senior Consultant for HR Transformation, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies and processes. Amelie's earlier experience encompasses various consulting and intern roles in human resources and public relations with firms such as KPMG and Nike Communications. Amelie holds a Master of Social Science in Organizational Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Cologne, complemented by studies at Corvinus University of Budapest.
