Erin Haig

Erin Haig, CHRL has over 15 years of experience in various human resources roles. Erin currently works as the Director of Talent Management & Organizational Development at Blue Ant Media since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the National Manager of Human Resources at Mazda Canada Inc from 2014 to 2022. During their tenure at Mazda, they held multiple positions including Manager of Human Resources and Senior Specialist of Human Resources. Before joining Mazda, Erin worked at The Co-operators from 2008 to 2014, where they held roles such as HR Advisor, Human Resource Generalist, and Recruiter. Erin's experience includes responsibilities such as talent management, organizational development, recruitment, and HR advisory.

Erin Haig, CHRL, holds a Post Graduate Honour Certificate in HRMC from Humber College, completed in 2007. Prior to this, they earned an MA Honours in Philosophy from the University of Glasgow in 2006. Additionally, Erin Haig has attended Country Day School from 1998 to 2001.
