Beth Houlis

Beth Houlis is an experienced communication professional currently serving as the Director of Employee Communications at Comcast since November 2021. Prior to this role, Houlis was the Director of Innovation and Internal Communications at The RiverStone Group, where responsibilities included building communication capabilities and enhancing employee engagement. Houlis also spent over a decade at Liberty Mutual Insurance in various leadership positions, including Director of Design, Research, and Innovation, where a digital design and user research organization was established.
