Carmen Lennon

Carmen Lennon is the Head of Human Resources for Research at Biogen, where they lead strategic workforce planning and talent management initiatives within a multi-site organization. With previous experience as a Director of Human Resources at Comcast, and as a consultant and HR Manager at various companies, they have developed extensive expertise in organization development and change management. Carmen holds both a B.S. in Leadership and Business and an M.S. in Human Resources Management from Northeastern University, where they are currently pursuing their studies.
