David C. Novak

David C. Novak has served as a director since December 2016. Mr. Novak is the founder of OGO Enterprises, LLC, a company whose mission is to inspire people through personal recognitions that deepen relationships. Prior to that, Mr. Novak was the Chief Executive Officer of YUM! Brands, Inc. from January 2000 until December 2014, and was the Chairman of its Board of Directors from January 2001 until December 2014 and the Executive Chairman of its Board from January 2015 until May 2016. Mr. Novak is also the author of Taking People With You: The Only Way to Make BIG Things Happen, a New York Times and Wall Street Journal best-seller based on a successful leadership program he developed focused on teamwork and a belief in people, which rewards and recognizes customer-focused behavior.
